- Confidence. You are the master of it, unleash it and it will take you where you want to go. I have a client that was referred to me as having a problem with high workers comp premiums. To be fair, they were insured with a "higher than normal" insurer -- so to lower their premium 10% to 15% was going to be an easy task and they did not need me to do it. Two things about me is I love a challenge and I am not easily satisfied with any easy outcome for my customers. I am only satisfied with only the best outcome for my clients.So I was able to do more than 15% in lowered premium -- just under 25%, saving saving them $5K.. They then believed in the kind words that were spoken about me and my commitment to customer service. That was March of last year 2018. Again this month I was back at it again. BTW, did I tell you that I am not easily satisfied when I advocate for my clients and their rights not be gouged and their right to be reconsidered again and again for a lower premium. Well last week, with a bit of reasoning and pleading with underwriters and case managers, I was able to lower their premium (just a year later) to another reduction of $5K -- a new additional saving of about 30%. It is always nice to win and get your way -- but it is always EVERYTHING to do that not for yourself but for the your customer, a friend and family member and a person in need. They help you unfold your myth and they are the ones that often give you the wings to fly.
